We woke this morning to some warm, sunny weather, but we had a few jobs to do before we could begin to enjoy it. Two school trips; one to Sophie’s new school and then another to her Primary School, for her Record of Achievement presentation (two hours on a plastic school chair – ouchie!). In between those visits, we went out for brunch and picked up our grandson, Kieran. As ever, he is the most placid and happy child, spending lots of time hugging his grandmother and me, and playing in the back garden. I found it pretty difficult to choose between the shots, so Mrs P helped.
